Natural material variation
Genuine leather is a natural material. Grain, pores, creasing, tone, and texture can vary between hides and across different parts of the same product. Two pieces of the same style may therefore not look completely identical.
Natural variation is not, by itself, evidence that a different style or colour was supplied. Any specific quality concern remains subject to the product description and the approved return or warranty terms in force for the order.
Colour and product images
Studio lighting, device displays, browser settings, and natural hide variation can affect how colour appears online. Product images are representative; use the written colour name and product specifications together when choosing a variant.
General leather care
Unless a product page expressly says otherwise, treat the item as not waterproof. Blot incidental moisture with a clean, soft cloth and allow the item to dry naturally away from direct heat or strong sunlight.
- Store in a cool, dry, ventilated place and avoid compressing the item for long periods.
- Keep away from harsh cleaners, bleach, solvents, perfume, oils, and abrasive surfaces.
- Test any specialist leather-care product on a small concealed area before wider use.
- For bags and wallets, avoid overfilling or placing sustained strain on seams, handles, and closures.
Scope of this notice
This is general care guidance, not a warranty. Product-specific instructions supplied with an item or shown on its product page take priority. This notice does not override an approved returns policy or mandatory consumer rights.
