Using the storefront
Use the website only for lawful personal shopping and account activity. Do not attempt to interfere with security, access another person's account, scrape protected data, upload malicious material, or misuse checkout and promotional functionality.
Website access may be limited or suspended to protect customers, staff, data, or platform reliability.
Products, descriptions, and availability
Product descriptions, images, colour names, measurements, prices, and availability are intended to help customers choose an item. Natural leather variation and display differences are explained in the Product care & leather notice.
A listing or cart entry does not guarantee stock. Errors in content, price, or availability may be corrected before an order is accepted, with the customer informed when action is required.
Orders, prices, and payment
The final amount—including item subtotal and any applicable shipping charge—must be displayed before payment. A direct order is treated as confirmed only after payment verification and an order confirmation are completed by the storefront.
Do not send money outside the payment flow presented by the website. Winston Hide staff should never request a password, one-time passcode, or complete card credentials.
Returns, delivery, and marketplace orders
Direct website delivery and post-purchase requests are governed by the Shipping & delivery and Returns & refunds pages in force when the order is placed.
Purchases made on Amazon or Flipkart remain subject to the terms and support process presented by that marketplace for the order.
Content and brand assets
The website design, written content, product photographs, graphics, and brand materials may not be reproduced or commercially reused without authorization, except where applicable law permits.
